Abby was born and raised in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains of Park City, Utah, where she spent the majority of her youth exploring the outdoors or inside, flipping around in a gymnastics center. After graduating college, Abby moved to the Valley to pursue a career as a scientist and spent ten years working in the Biotech and Medical Lab Science field. She has always had a curiosity about the world but began to turn her attention inward to more contemplative practices in her twenties, leading her to attend yoga teacher training in Bali and continue to deepen her personal practice in various modalities throughout her adult life!

Fast forward thirteen years later; she is deeply connected to the slower pace of life here in Sun Valley and has worked in many different aspects of our community. She is currently serving as development director and compassionate leaders co-leader at the Flourish Foundation. She believes in the power of mentorship and community and is honored to help facilitate growth in others and put her best foot forward in guiding young students along this journey.
