Online Mindful Awareness
cultivate mindfulness in the comfort of your own home or classroom.
Our Online Mindful Awareness Program introduces mindfulness tools and concepts through 25 weekly, video lessons. We created the program as a way to help others cultivate mindfulness in the comfort of their own homes or classrooms. It was shaped in response to the many inquiries we received before and during the pandemic from people who wanted to introduce mindfulness to their children and schools but did not have the tools or experience to do so.
The program is based on the same curriculum developed by the Flourish Foundation, and used by its facilitators and staff for the past 10 years in the Blaine and Teton County Schools. The program contains 25 weekly lessons—enough to last a school year! Each lesson is vertically integrated, meaning each one is built on the concepts from the previous lesson. It is meant to be self-guided, although we encourage educators and adults to participate with their students. We recommend this program for children ages 10-12 years old.
Each Lesson Includes:
One 10-minute, nature-inspired video lesson.
A journal prompt, audio lesson and off-line conversation starter.
One printable PDF with the journal prompts and conversation starters.
