Operations / Educational Programs Coordinator
Paige Redman
Mindful Birthing, Prenatal Yoga and Grade K-6 Facilitator
Paige Redman earned her Bachelors Degree in Communications from the University of California at Santa Barbara. With a love for exploring other cultures, she then spent time traveling around the world and was eventually swept away by the contemplative culture of India for two years.
Deeply affected by these experiences abroad, Paige returned back to the Wood River Valley and began to pursue her passion of supporting women during the childbearing years through Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP). In addition to teaching MBCP she continues to support women and couples as a birth and postpartum doula.
Through her own evolution into motherhood and parenting, Paige continues to realize the immense benefits of contemplative practices for her own and others well being and is committed to sharing these practices with the next generation.
Paige cherishes her time teaching the Mindful Awareness Program to children and embraces all of their wisdom.
Paige is honored and humbled by the opportunity to support Flourish Foundation and continues to be motivated by her strong desire to inspire personal growth and help make the world a better place.
Paige strives to be a mindful mother, a loving wife, and a compassionate global citizen.
