Adult Mindful Awareness Program

The Flourish Foundation and Hunger Coalition are excited to invite community members to join a five-week immersion into stress reduction and self-care through mindfulness practices, group support and personal retreat time.

Each week participants will be given tools to work more effectively with stress and nurture mental and emotional balance while building a community of support and transformation.

When: 5 Wednesdays from 6:30pm-8:30pm, October 9th-November 6th and a day-long retreat on November 9th from 9am-3pm.

Instructors: Vicki Overfelt M.A. and Ryan Redman M.A.

Investment: Sliding scale $50-$300, scholarships available

Location: Light on the Mountains Center for Spiritual Living, mid-Valley
