Teacher Rest & Renewal

Caring for our teachers means caring for our schools, our children, and our wider communities.

Next Cohort Enrollment Opens May 2027

Teacher Rest & Renewal Program

This program offers educators a well deserved opportunity to rest, renew, and reconnect. Through introspective practices and shared experiences, participants cultivate greater relaxation, empathy, compassion, and joy while becoming part of a nurturing community of fellow educators throughout the Wood River Valley.

To foster openness, trust, and genuine connection, each cohort is intentionally kept small. The program runs from September through May and includes two full-day retreats, one in September and one in May, along with monthly two-hour gatherings from October through April.

Alumni are invited to continue gathering seasonally during each new school-year.

This program is led by Erin Kesselman & Ryan Redman.

“Participating in this program has reminded me that I am not alone in the world of teaching. It has been a gift to belong to this community of fellow educators.”
